Animal Science:
     Grade 2: Each PACE studies a different animal.

Bible Reading:
     Grade 2: Student studies the Book of John.
     Grade 3: Student studies the Book of Matthew.
     Grade 4: Student studies the Books of Mark and Luke.

Literature and Creative Writing:
     Grade 2: Includes 12 PACES ~
                  * Student is encouraged to visualize, use their imagination,
                     and give creative responses to questions.
     Grade 3: Includes 12 PACES and 2 reference books ~
                  * Student gains more practice in critical thinking.
     Grade 4: Includes 12 PACES and 6 reference books ~
                  * Student is given opportunities to use their imaginations,
                     to learn dictionary skills, and to practice cursive handwriting.
     Grade 5: Includes 12 PACES and 6 reference books ~
                  * Student learns more about settings, characters,
                     plots, and order in short stories.
     Grade 6: Includes 12 PACES and 6 reference books ~
                  * Student learns and practices many new and useful writing skills.
                     They learn to develop paragraphs and discover different
                     formats in the writing of essays.

Basic Literature:
     Grade 7: Study guides are used in conjunction with 6 resource
                   literature books.
     Grade 8: Study guides are used in conjunction with 6 resource
                   literature books.
